Can I change my plan later?
Yes. You can upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time from your account settings. Changes take effect immediately and billing is prorated.
What counts as a script?
Each time you generate or refine a script using the AI generator, that counts as one script. Editing a saved script manually does not count towards your limit.
What is MCP access?
MCP (Model Context Protocol) lets you connect Creato directly to AI tools like Claude Desktop, giving you access to your scripts and content planner from inside your AI assistant.
How does the 7-day trial work?
Start the Starter plan free for 7 days with no credit card required. At the end of the trial you can subscribe or cancel with no charge.
Is there a refund policy?
We offer a 7-day refund on your first payment if you are not satisfied. Contact us at info@creatostudio.io within 7 days of your first charge and we will sort it out, no questions asked.
